Yep! Just choose expedited shipping as your shipping option at checkout, and we’ll make sure you get your HICKIES pronto! Shipping costs will depend on the carrier you choose, where your order is headed, and the amount of HICKIES packs you purchase.

We want you to be happy with your HICKIES! Before we move forward with your return, did you know that there are different lacing techniques that allow you to pinpoint areas to be tighter or looser? Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns within 30 days of receipt and for purchases of HICKIES laces that are made here, through our website (hickies.com). If you purchased your HICKIES at a local retailer or through another online outlet, please make sure to follow their return policy instead. We unfortunately do not reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping (sorry!).
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement.

HICKIES are awesome, and we believe our product is changing the way you lace up for the better. We strive to make your product experience as perfect as our fit, so if you’re having any issues with your laces, please let us know so we can make it right.

We’re sorry to hear that but we’re glad to help! In order to process your return, please shoot us a note at support@hickies.com and be sure to let us know your order number. Once we get your HICKIES pack back, your refund should post to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

If your HICKIES happen to break (oh, no!) within six months of their original date of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. Please be aware that our warranty only covers breakage—if you’re looking to exchange for another product or color, please make sure to do so within 30 days of receipt of your order.

I like my HICKIES but would like to exchange them! How do I do that?
Exchanges are simple and can be done within 30 days of receipt of your original order. Just order the new pair you’d like to exchange your original item for and send a note to support@hickies.com letting us know your new order number (make sure to use the subject line “Exchange”). Once we get that, we’ll make sure to refund your original order, and you can keep your original items, too. All we ask is that you share them with a friend and tell them all about HICKIES!

It may take 5-10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
